Chione will be playing music by American composers including Valerie Coleman, David Maslanka and Jim Parker. Come relish in the music of America from some ‘bluesy’ riffs by Coleman, to an inventive, 1920s-style suite, featuring tributes to such jazz greats as King Oliver and Bessie Smith by Parker.
